WE're a boutique collective comprising well-known local artisans : L’Authentique, Kauri Kitchen & The People’s Pasta (formerly Pasta Madero). We aim to produce small-batch food with no compromise. Together, as The Butcher, The Baker, The Fresh Pasta maker, we are able to build more innovative and efficient meal solutions and smart components for food service & retail.

Hand-crafting quality cuts of free-range NZ meat. Generations of charcuterie tradition. Squeezing four Frenchmen in a shipping crate was not easy, but it was worth it. They now squeeze generations of charcuterie tradition into every L’Authentique product.
Kauri Kitchen
To us, at Kauri, food is love. We come around the big kitchen table to eat, to share both food and stories, to have communion with our friends our family. Our products are made in small batches using simple recipes.

The People's Pasta is the retail and wholesale reincarnation of Pasta Madero, one of NZ's first and longest standing pasta producers. It is also the rethinking of the way pasta is presented and enjoyed.
Our passion is for uncompromised flavor and quality, best practice sourcing and sustainability and minimal industrial intervention. Our driving desire is to be able to make better food for all.
